Most repairs take about an hour. 'Shopping out'--Completely going through a machine (making sure everything works, replacing burnt out lights and doing necessary cleaning, checking needles, cleaning switches, lubricating mech. and checking connections) usually takes 2-4 hours.

Labor charge is $100.00 per hour plus parts. Service call fee for in home repair starts at $130.00 in Carroll county plus mileage outside of Carroll county. We have a very wide service area and offer some assistance over the phone
